For patients with advanced cancers, targeted therapies can provide promising new treatment options. But a clear genomic picture is needed for your doctor to consider your best treatment options.
Traditionally, a tissue biopsy was the only way to access this information. The Guardant360® liquid biopsy may provide this information with the ease of a blood draw.
Seeing the full picture
As a blood test, Guardant360® captures the DNA that is shed from your tumour.* This provides a comprehensive overview of your cancer genomics from both your primary tumour and any metastatic sites.
Your report shows your cancer’s genomic alterations detected in the blood. Associated therapies and drugs still in clinical trials are listed where available.** Your oncologist will interpret your results to identify the best treatment option for you.
*Not all tumours shed DNA into the bloodstream, in most cancer types approximately 90% of tumours shed DNA1.

Guardant360® examines 70+ clinically-relevant genes to identify genomic alterations within your cancer’s DNA while avoiding the complications and delays of a tissue biopsy.
- Some of these genomic alterations may mean that you are likely to respond well to specific drugs.
- Others may indicate that your cancer is likely to be resistant to treatment.
Knowing which alterations are in your cancer helps your doctor choose the best treatment.

Easy Billing Process
When you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer, the last thing you want to worry about is an unexpected bill amount or confusing paperwork. That is why Guardant Health offers an easy billing process with no hidden fees and with our Client Services team available to support you every step of the way.
If your hospital or healthcare provider does not collect your payment for the test, then please contact our Client Service team (clientserviceseurope@guardanthealth.com, +44 808 189 5057) or use one of the following three options for direct payment:

Bank Transfer
If your insurance provider fully covers the cost of the Guardant360® test, your doctor will only need to provide the insurance authorization number, and we will contact your insurer to request payment.
Our Client Services team is happy to advise you on the price of the Guardant360® test. Before taking your sample, the Guardant360® kit is free of charge. The payment for our services will only be required once the sample arrives at our laboratories.
